We wholeheartedly congratulate you on your election to the posts of the Chairman of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, and express confidence that under your leadership the Island of Liberty will be able to consolidate the gains of the Revolution and successfully solve the tasks of this new stage of Communist construction. The DNR Communists are in Solidarity with the Cuban people, who remain faithful to the Socialist path of development. despite the continuing pressure of world imperialism. The people of Donbass, whilst reflecting upon 4 years of neo-Nazi aggression from the Kiev regime, (behind which the US patrons lurk), perfectly understand the difficulties faced by Revolutionary Cuba.
