ГЛОБАЛЬНЫЙ ПРОТЕСТ ПРОХОДИТ В СЛЕДУЮЩИХ СТРАНАХ
Мы проведем шествия против уничтожения советских памятников в Польше во многих европейских странах. Все протесты координируются и все они пройдут 2 сентября 2017 года перед польскими консульствами и посольствами. Протест в Польше будет проходить перед посольством США. Среди мест протеста следующие:

ОБЩАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О ДЕЛЕ
В этом году 22 июня, в годовщину варварского нападения нацистской Германии на Советский Союз, польский парламент, несмотря на международное соглашение между Польшей и Российской Федерацией от 1994 года о могилах и мемориальных объектах, принял закон, который предписывает снести советские памятники и мемориалы на польской земле.
В день, который отмечается в России и Белоруссии как День памяти жертв Второй мировой войны, только 15 членов парламента проголосовали против этого позорного акта, а 408 проголосовали за него. Поддержка была получена от всех политических партий: и правящей партии PiS («Закон и справедливость»), и «демократической либеральной» оппозиции.
Это означает, что вышеупомянутая инициатива объединила в остальном резко поляризованное политическое поле.
Этот провокационный акт подытоживает три десятилетия нарастающей официальной антикоммунистической, антисоветской, антироссийской пропаганды, призванной разжигать и усиливать ненависть как к коммунистам, так и к россиянам, в основном среди молодого поколения.
Стоит отметить, что это отношение было маргинальным даже в первые годы после победы контрреволюции в 1989 году. Это отношение было чуждо польскому народу, который на местном уровне часто выступал против переименования улиц и других попыток переписать историю. Некоторые местные администрации, несмотря на угрозы и административное давление со стороны государства, отказались участвовать в сносе.
Нарастание официальной антикоммунистической и антироссийской кампании не ограничивается навязыванием ревизионистских подходов к истории в публичном пространстве, а также целями современных политических партий и активистов. После трех десятилетий дискриминации в общественной жизни, прямого и косвенного давления, мы вступили в новую фазу вопиющих политических репрессий. В 2014 году члены Центрального комитета Коммунистической партии Польши, легальной партии, зарегистрированной в 2002 году, были привлечены к уголовной ответственности за всю свою деятельность без существенных изменений в законодательстве. Хотя судебное разбирательство продолжается уже почти 3 года, обвиняемые по-прежнему не знают, какие из их действий являются основанием для обвинения.
Был выдан ордер на арест польского активиста доктора Матеуша Пискорского, который попытался зарегистрировать политическую партию «Змяна», открыто выступающую за улучшение польско-российских отношений, изменение польской внешней политики и выход из империалистического блока НАТО. Несмотря на первоначальные обвинения в «шпионаже в пользу России, Китая и Ирака», прокурор все еще не смог предъявить обвинительное заключение суду. Арест и содержание под стражей доктора Пискорского теперь продлеваются еще на год. Многие другие товарищи, друзья и активисты подвергаются постоянной угрозе со стороны польской службы государственной безопасности, которая действует от имени других стран НАТО.
Почему эта антикоммунистическая и антироссийская кампания включает в себя беспощадное уничтожение памятников советским солдатам? Во-первых, это противоречит внутреннему и международному праву. Во-вторых, это подрывает мир и безопасность во всем мире. Это попытка реализовать интересы США, целью которых является создание напряженности между странами Центральной Европы и, в частности, разжигание ненависти между Польшей и Российской Федерацией. Эта политика США ведет нас к политической и военной катастрофе, где Польша снова станет самой крупной жертвой, но где пострадают все европейские страны независимо от того, входят они в ЕС или нет.
Обязательство всех народов Европы – верно хранить воспоминания о важных событиях прошлого века. Наш долг – помнить историю и учить ее уроки. Эта кампания по уничтожению памятников Красной армии – попытка стереть память об освобождении Польши от немецких войск Красной армией и, следовательно, важная часть кампании по разжиганию ненависти между нашими народами. Мы не можем позволить военным провокаторам США разжечь еще одну войну, которая первоначально будет вестись на польской территории, но распространится на Центральную и, возможно, Западную Европу.
ПОЧЕМУ МЫ ПРОТЕСТУЕМ?
Наша конечная цель состоит в том, чтобы остановить снос советских памятников в Польше, но, конечно, мы понимаем, что выполнить эту задачу будет непросто. Мы постараемся сделать все возможное, чтобы информировать международную общественность, и мы надеемся, что это дело также будет рассматриваться Организацией Объединенных Наций.

В 1945 году Советский Союз сражался и победил нацизм в Германии. В Польше правительство пытается пересмотреть историю ради улучшения отношений с империалистическим Западом. Многие из моих друзей и товарищей живут здесь как потомки людей, переживших фашистский Холокост благодаря советской храбрости. Разрушение мемориалов погибшим солдатам Красной армии было бы плевком в лицо тем, кто сражался с фашизмом и отдал свою жизнь, а также тем, кто не жил бы сегодня, если бы не они, и я решительно выступаю против такого шага.

Как немца, меня крайне шокирует, что Польша собирается уничтожить памятники, посвященные Красной армии, которая победила нацистское варварство. Красная армия отражает совесть каждого достойного человека. В настоящее время Красной армии больше нет, но российская армия продолжает ее дело. GLOBAL PROTEST TAKES PLACE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES
We will march in many European countries against the destruction of soviet monuments in Poland. All protests are coordinated together and they will all take place on the 2nd of September 2017 in front of the polish consulates and embassies. The protest in Poland will take place in front of the US embassy. Amongst the places of protest are the following:

GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE CAUSE
This year on 22nd June, the day which marks the anniversary of Nazi Germany’s barbaric attack on the Soviet Union, Polish Parliament, in spite of the international agreement between Poland and Russian Federation from 1994 about graves and memorial sites, passed a law which orders the demolition of Soviet monuments and memorials on Polish soil.
On the very day that is celebrated in Russia and Belorussia as the Day of the Memory of Victims of World War II, only 15 members of parliament voted against this disgraceful act, while 408 voted in its favour. Support originated from all political parties: both the ruling party PiS (“Law and Justice”) and the “democratic liberal” opposition. This means that the above agenda has united an otherwise fiercely polarized political landscape.
This provocative act concludes three decades of intensifying anti-Communist, anti-Soviet and anti-Russian institutional propaganda, designed to incite and solidify the hatred against both Communists and Russians, mainly among the younger generation.
It is worth noting that these attitudes were marginal even in the first years after the victory of the counterrevolution in 1989. These attitudes were alien to Polish People, who on a local level often opposed changing street names and other attempts to undermine history. Some local administrations in spite of threats and administrative pressure from the state have refused to participate in the demolition.
The intensifying institutional, anti-Communist and anti-Russian campaign is not limited to the imposition of revisionist historical policies in public spaces, but also targets contemporary political parties and activists. After three decades of discrimination in public life, direct and indirect pressures, we have entered a new phase of blatant political repression. In 2014, members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Poland, a legal party which was registered in 2002, were criminally charged for their entire activity without any substantial changes in the legislation. Although the trial has been ongoing for nearly 3 years, the defendants are still unaware of which of their actions is the basis of the charge.
An arrest warrant has been imposed on Polish activist Dr. Mateusz Piskorski who attempted to register the political party “Zmiana” which openly promotes an improvement in Polish-Russian relations, change of Polish foreign policy and exit from the imperialist NATO block. In spite of the initial charges of “espionage for Russia, China and Iraq”, the prosecutor has been still unable to present the indictment to the court. Dr. Piskorski’s arrest and detention has now been extended for a second year. Many other comrades, friends and activists have come under constant threat from Polish state security which acts on behalf of other NATO countries.
Why is this anti-Communist and anti-Russian campaign which involves ruthless destruction of monuments of Soviet soldiers harmful? First, it contravenes internal and international law. Second, it is against World peace and security. It marks an attempt to realize US interests, the objective of which is to create tension between the nations of Central Europe, and in particular to incite hatred between Poland and the Russian Federation. This US policy drives us towards a political and military catastrophe, where Poland would be the biggest victim once again, but where all European nations, regardless of their allegiance (EU or non-EU) would suffer.
It is the obligation of all nations of Europe to faithfully retain the memories of the important events of the last century. It is our duty to remember history and to learn its lessons. This campaign of destruction of Red Army monuments is an attempt to erase the memory of Poland’s liberation from German forces by the Red Army and is therefore a crucial part of the campaign to incite hatred between our nations. We cannot allow US war provocateurs to incite another war, which initially would be fought on Polish territory, but which would spread to Central and possibly Western Europe as well.
WHY ARE WE PROTESTING?
It is the obligation of all nations of Europe to faithfully retain the memories of the important events of the last century. It is our duty to remember history and to learn its lessons. This campaign of destruction of Red Army monuments is an attempt to erase the memory of Poland’s liberation from German forces by the Red Army and is therefore a crucial part of the campaign to incite hatred between our nations. We cannot allow US war provocateurs to incite another war, which initially would be fought on Polish territory, but which would spread to Central and possibly Western Europe as well. Our final goal would be to stop the demolition of the Soviet monuments in Poland, but of course we understand that this task won‘t be easy to accomplish. We will try our best to inform the international public and we hope that this cause will also be the matter of the United Nations.

The protests are organized by the Humanitarian battalion for Donbass in Ireland & UK and the Communist Party of Ireland in coordination with Antiimperialistische Aktion, ZPR „Grunwald“ and the Communist Party of Poland in Poland, the 9th of May initiative in Athens, the Molotov Club in Moscow and the Russian Compatriots of Europe in Estonia.
INTERNATIONAL QUOTES OF PROTESTERS AND SUPPORTERS
In 1945, the Soviet Union fought and won against Nazism in Germany. In Poland, the government attempts to revise history for the sake of better relation with the imperialist west. Many of my friends and comrades live here as descendants of people who survived the fascist holocaust thanks to soviet bravery. Tearing down memorials for the fallen red soldiers would be a spit in the face of those who fought and died against fascism as well as those who wouldn’t have lived today if not for them and I firmly oppose such a move.

As German, it is very shocking for me to witness that Poland is about to destroy the monuments dedicated to the Red Army, which defeated the Nazi barbarism. We are living today in freedom because of the sacrifices of the soviet soldiers, who fought and died for this, our freedom. The second world war was the bloodiest war in history, by destroying monuments, which are dedicated to his war, we are about to destroy the remembrance of the past. And when we start to forget the horrors, which this war has brought, we are doomed to repeat it. Therefore, we must protest against this eradication of history and any possible future wars. Fascism shall not pass!

The Red Army reflects the conscience of every honorable person. Nowadays the Red Army doesn‘t exist anymore, but the Russian Army continues its legacy. I am a Syrian citizen and far away from Warsaw, but I know that thanks to our brothers of the Russian Army I won‘t be a slave for ISIS. And I ask Poland: If the Red Army hadn‘t intervened and fought your freedom – where would the Polish people be today? Probably still under Nazi occupation in the concentration camps and without its national freedom, which is the most precious people can possess. The Red Army is the conscience of the free world. Don‘t insult it! The Polish government should be ashamed, because it will humiliate the conscience of the free world.
